The education of proper form and technique is offered through our mandatory Foundations Program. This program will be 6 sessions long, held 3 days a week for the first 2 weeks of membership. Each 1 hour session will focus on proper form and technique in warming up, cooling down and the workout itself. There are 18 CrossFit foundational movements and skills that each athlete must learn and prove basic competency in before moving on to the main group class environment. Each client will have to successfully finish the Foundations Program or in the case of a seasoned CrossFitter, they have the option to test out

Feel great about yourself by starting our foundation classes. New classes form every Tuesday at 7:30pm and run for 2 weeks on the following days and times: Tuesday 730 PM Thursday 7:30 PM Saturday 10 AM. In a small group setting. You do not need to be great to start but you have to start to be great.

Here at CrossFit Southlands in Aurora and Centennial you will be taught the 18 foundational movements and skills in CrossFit in a group of new athletes that are learning it for the first time too.
